FenSkeleton — Setup Guide

First Install — Empty Home Screen

On first install the home screen will be empty. The Movie and TV Show sections will be missing from the main menu. Follow the steps below to set everything up.

Step 1 — Show the Movie / TV Show sections

From the home screen go to:
Settings » Interface » Skin section » Configure skin... » Main menu items

Click a menu item to toggle it on or off. Toggle the Movies and TV Shows sections to ON.

NOTE: Even with these toggled on, they won't appear on the home screen until you set a main menu path for them (see Step 2).

Step 2 — Set the Main Menu Path

After toggling a section on, a couple of sub-items will drop down.

Click "Set main menu path" and choose a path from within FenSkeleton — for example your Trakt Movie or TV Show collection.

Step 3 — Set Up Widgets

Click "Set widgets" to configure up to:
- 10 Movie widgets
- 10 TV Show widgets

For each widget you can set:
 • The source path
 • A label
 • Display type: Poster, Landscape, LandscapeInfo, or Category

If you choose Category you can also set it up as a stacked widget and choose its display type.

Step 4 — Editing Widgets After Setup

Click an existing widget to get a list of options:
 • Rearrange
 • Rename
 • Remake (change path or type)
 • Remove

You can also rename, remake, or remove the main menu items themselves.

Reporting Issues

- Read the Changelog first (Settings » Changelog & Log Utils).
- Pre-made builds are not supported.
- Trakt issues are not skin or addon related — contact the Trakt addon developer.
- Always include a log file when reporting errors.
- Check open issues before opening a new one.
- Do not hijack an open issue with an unrelated problem.
